Stainless steel jacketing (cladding) with moisture barrier
All insulation shall be weatherproofed with Huali metal jacketing, which is heat laminated with moisture barrier of poly-kraft paper moisture barrier or polysurlyn moisture barrier. Poly-kraft moisture barrier ( PKMB): consists of one to three mil thick kraft paper, laminated low density polyethylene film bonded to the interior and exterior surface. Poly-surlyn moisture barrier (PSMB) is an engineered three layer coextruded film of polyethylene and Surlyn* polymers with a total fim thickness of 3 mils (76um) that is heat laminated in the factory to the interior surface of aluminum jacketing.
Stucco embossed stainless steel jacketing (cladding)
Huali stainless steel jacketing is made from SS304 and SS316 prime grade and comply with ASTM A240 or ASTM A167, and are supplied with a regular dull finish for reduced glare. There alloys are of a special soft-annealed temper, for ease in fabrication. SS304 is normally used in all except the most corrosive ares, where SS316 is recommended.Specially, for some position requires fire resistance and UV protection, stainless steel jacketing is more prevailing than aluminum jacketing.
Corrugated stainless steel jacketing (cladding)
Huali stainless steel corrugated jacketing are available in two different nomial corrugation profile: type V32 (1-1/4") and type V65 (2-1/2"), in smooth or stucco embossed surface finished, make from the stainless steel 304 or 316 grade. The corrugattions are designed to nest or mach so that the overlap of a sheet placed vertically above another sheet will fit tight, lie falt, and keep the two deep corrugtaed sheets parallel. The overlapping shall be fixed with rivet and sealed, meanwhile, fastened with band and clip for industrial pipe and tank or some like that.
